"Since August, Jenn meets with me weekly about my health goals. We discuss my progress - whether it's scale related or not. Jenn helps guide me in setting goals for food, water, exercise and self care. In our weekly meetings, she will take measurements to help keep me accountable. Throughout the week, she often checks in with me to see how I'm doing with all my goals. Despite what the measurements may show or how poorly my week and goals may have gone, Jenn never makes me feel like I'm not doing a good job. She understands that perfection is an illusion."
